Lindsay, Owner of Bee Clean Carpet & Restoration
My Story
I never set out to own a carpet cleaning and restoration company. But looking back, every step I took from the call center floor to the corporate office led me exactly here.
For over a decade, I worked in customer-facing roles. I started a call center, learning how to listen under pressure, lead small teams, and solve problems efficiently and effectively. Four years later, I transitioned into tech sales and grew into a Senior Client Success Manager working with enterprise clients across the country. I loved helping people, building systems that worked, and seeing clients succeed.
The corporate world taught me structure and performance, but it often lacked the heart and humanity that make business meaningful. I wanted something that mattered on a more personal level where quality, integrity, and community weren’t just buzz words, but lived values.
That’s what inspired me to acquire Bee Clean Carpet & Restoration here in Springfield, Missouri.
I wasn’t interested in a franchise, they felt too impersonal, too far from the heart of what good service should be. I wanted to build upon something genuine. At Bee Clean, that starts with our team. We take care of our people first, because when your team feels valued, they naturally care more for your customers. Together, we serve families and businesses across southwest Missouri, treating every home and every job — big or small — with the same goal in mind: clean spaces and peace of mind for the owner.
The skills I learned in corporate such as; communication, accountability, expertise are the same ones that help me lead with purpose today. I understand what it means to deliver on a promise and to make every interaction count.
Owning Bee Clean may surprise some people who knew me in the tech world, but for me, it’s the perfect fit. I get to blend structure with soul; pairing business discipline with genuine care for people and place. At the end of the day, success isn’t about titles, it’s about people.
